County Incorporated's Board of Directors has
elected Lillie Dumas as president for 2009.
This is a one-year term which began January
1, 2009. Dumas succeeded Mark Tranel, Ph.D.,
who served as North County Incorporated's
president in 2007 and 2008. "I look forward
to working with the NCI Board of Directors
as we maneuver through the challenging days
ahead of us, and to assist in focusing our
efforts in areas of critical concern to both
the region and the organization," said NCI

Lillie Dumas is Vice President and Branch
Manager with Commerce Bank. She has worked
in the banking industry for 28 years and currently
focuses on assisting small business owners
with the necessary funding to support their
business needs. She is a resident of Florissant,
where she has lived with her family for the
past 26 years. She has served on North County
Incorporated's Board of Directors since 2004.
Lillie is a member of the Florissant Rotary,
the Greater North County Chamber of Commerce,
and is a fellow with St. Louis Business Diversity
Initiative Organization. She received her
Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance
from the University of Arkansas at Little
Rock.
