The North County Regional Development Capacity Building VISTA will play a key role in identifying and applying for grants that are mission related for Organization.The Capacity Building VISTA will be responsible for researching and identifying grant possibilities related to our mission related work and our Educational Initiative on the Economic Benefits of Racial Equity in the Workplace. The VISTA will also update and increase economic investment knowledge of area and help community stakeholders become more knowledgeable about current status of community. This includes researching the area’s current economic status and update Economic Profile of community.
