    Cancellation/Refund Policy: Events cancellation policy: cancellation of attendance at an event must be received in writing to nci@northcountyinc.com two weeks prior to the event date in order to receive a full or partial refund for the cost of the seats/participants at the event. No refunds available on sponsorship portion of packages.
