Please be advised that annual membership investment contributions increase by 2% annually. There is a 3.75% convenience fee for credit card transactions.

Banks, Credit Unions, Savings & Loans, Mortgage Companies
| Total Deposits of $0-99 Million | $835 |
| Total Deposits of $99 Million and above | $1,666 |
Churches, Service, Voluntary, & Small Civic Associations
| Small Non-profits, Community Betterment | $252 |
Non-profits and community betterment organizations, including neighborhood associations, food pantries, mentally or physically challenged and children’s programs, Rotary, Jaycees, etc. Note that small non-profits are organizations with fewer than five employees.
Education
| $252 minimum | $0.30 per full-time student |
Governments: Municipal and County
| $444 minimum | Varies per size |

Hospitals

A person’s business/organization affiliation will not be listed if they are a residential member.
Businesses & Large Civic Organizations

| 51 to 75 employees | $531 |
| 76 to 100 employees | $577 |

Examples: Independent and assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, other health clinics, major corporations, larger not-for-profit organizations, chain retail, regional/national service providers, fire and police departments, unions, developers, dealerships, manufacturers, CPAs, attorneys, doctors, real estate, insurance, financial planners, non-chain retail services, local service professionals, home-based entrepreneur, etc.
