Our Intention
North County Incorporated has made a commitment to helping advance equity in North St. Louis County. We are intentional in applying an equity lens to everything that we do. We hope through Equity Connect to increase awareness and understanding around the economic and human cost of racial inequity to the community. Additionally, we aim to catalyze others toward cultural change within their workspace by sharing relevant articles and resources pertaining to racial equity and disseminating information about upcoming training opportunities and transformative resources necessary to make applying the racial equity lens a part of every organization’s culture.
