Shop North County Day Entry Rules
On Saturday, November 28, 2015, shop at any small business located within the city limits of Dellwood, MO, Ferguson, MO, or Jennings, MO. Actual store receipt must have store name and be dated November 28, 2015. Each entry will require a proof of purchase store receipt. Only one entry per receipt will be accepted.
- To register, save the receipt of your transaction as proof of purchase, fill out the official Shop North County Day entry form, then drop the entry form with the receipt attached off at one of the designated sites. The entry and receipt must be put into the drop box labeled Shop North County Day Contest at the designated site, in order to be officially entered into a drawing to win prizes, such as, but not limited to: day spa gift certificate, one of two $100 shopping gift cards to area businesses, a flat-screen television, or dinner for two at a participating restaurant. An online entry option is also available and detailed below. One prize per winner only. Entry forms without attached receipts will not be considered. Incomplete entry forms will not be considered. Drop off locations will not be able to fill out entry forms for you or provide copies of your documents.
- Provide a copy of proof of purchase with actual store receipt dated November 28, 2015. Deadline to register is Saturday, December 5, 2015.
- Winners will be notified by phone. Each receipt/proof of purchase qualifies for one entry. Drawing will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
How To Register
Entry forms can be completed as follows:
- CLICK HERE to enter online. Fill out the necessary information and upload a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase by Saturday, December 5, 2015.
- Come by the participating locations below during normal business hours with a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase to enter your drawing in the drop box by Friday, December 4, 2015 (entry forms will be available at each location):
